This announcement changes the life of the unemployed Dave Peck, living with his father and brother in an apartment house. In an effort to share his discovery with the world, Dave meets with the other inmates of the house, people of different and interesting: the old man that received angel misanthrope, beautiful model with extraordinary sexual preferences, hard drinker boy living with three otvyaznymi pyatisantimetrovymi teenagers, and a little boy friends with a pig-piggy bank.
